Infinity NFT is proud to announce that Grand Prix winning Formula 1™ driver Pierre Gasly has partnered with partner Fantom to offer fans the chance to purchase NFTs tied to physical assets that commemorate exceptional moments in his career!
Going live at 2pm UTC on Wednesday 20th October, three unique (1/1) NFTs will be auctioned, one for each time Pierre has stepped onto an F1 podium. These NFTs will be redeemable for both unique physical objects and real-life experiences.
An additional fourth NFT, composed of 350 pieces (1/350), will go live at 2pm UTC on Friday 22nd October to allow even more fans to share in Pierre’s successes. These NFTs, which will be available for direct purchase, will link to special edition merchandise.
All four NFTs will be available on the new marketplace Artion, with bids available to place in wFTM, as well as Fantom-based ZOO and TOMB for the fourth NFT set. Fantom’s low-energy consumption, eco-friendly platform uses Proof of Stake consensus to enable quick, clean, and low cost transactions.
All auctions will close at 2pm UTC on Saturday 23rd October 2021.
Formula 1 is quite literally the world’s fastest-moving sport, and key moments can be fleeting. The titanic effort from a team and driver to secure a podium or race win is understood by fans but difficult to share after the champagne has been sprayed.
When attending races has been nearly impossible, fans have missed photo opportunities and the experience of witnessing drivers’ incredible achievements. As well as sharing moments from his career with fans, Pierre hopes to promote the benefits of blockchain technologies and demystify NFTs to fans.
At just 25 years old, Pierre, from Rouen, France, has competed in 80 Formula 1™ grand prix. He took his first podium at the Brazilian Grand Prix in 2019, overcoming a challenging year to show his true form.
He became the first French driver to win a Grand Prix since 1996 with a stunning victory at the 2020 Italian Grand Prix. This also made him only the second driver to win a race for his team, Scuderia AlphaTauri - the first being four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel. The winner of the NFT commemorating this feat will have the chance to enjoy a VIP experience with Pierre during a race weekend.
Pierre’s third podium came this year, at a dramatic Azerbaijan Grand Prix, avoiding chaos around Baku’s tight and fast street circuit. The NFT sharing this moment will be connected to the helmet Pierre wore during the race, a completely unique item.
NFT owners will be able to trade their NFTs, or can opt to ‘burn’ them in order to redeem the physical counterparts linked to them.

NFT: 2020 Italian Grand Prix win , 1/1
The auction winner will receive an NFT redeemable for a VIP experience for 2 persons during a race weekend, a meet and greet with Pierre over the next 12 months, a signed 2021 mini-helmet, and a signed cap.
NFT: 2019 Brazilian Grand Prix podium, 1/1
The auction winner will receive an NFT redeemable for the signed promotional helmet from the 2019 Brazilian Grand Prix weekend and a meet and greet with Pierre over the next 12 months.
NFT: Pierre Gasly, ‘In the making’, 1/350
In this direct sale, 350 buyers will receive an NFT redeemable for a signed cap and a numbered t-shirt from the limited edition commemorating Pierre’s first NFT drop. Ten randomly selected NFTs out of the 350 total will qualify to receive a signed mini-helmet in addition to the cap and t-shirt.
